President & Founding Partner
For nearly 20 years, John has focused on conceptualizing and executing marketing strategies for financial, professional and other service businesses.
Devoted to his family and the relentless pursuit of the perfect soup stock, John enjoys traveling, cooking, playing golf, spending time outdoors and watching his kids play sports.
Aaron co-leads a truly strategic public relations firm that is fueled by a world-class team and a culture that promotes the personal and professional stretch.
Aaron thrives on the controlled chaos of having three children with wide ranging interests and involvement in numerous activities ranging from dance to hockey to music. He can often be found checking out live music and is fascinated by the parallels between live musicians and high-performing teams.
Laura has built a strong communications career, marrying a love for public relations with a passion for politics.
When not working, she’s spending time with her family, in particular her daughter and small dog. She’s an avid science fiction fan and a “classics” queen – classic movies, music, clothes, cars and literature, to name only a few.

No organization can successfully grow its business without a really good numbers guy. Joe is Greentarget’s guy.
When Joe isn't crunching numbers and managing processes for Greentarget, his eyes wander to Wall Street, as he dreams of starting his own hedge fund. Despite his love of numbers, his golf scores don’t always add up, so he spends his off days hitting balls.
Executive Vice President
Pam’s experience in PR and marketing communications spans more than 20 years and a multitude of industries.
When not at work, Pam focuses on her love of languages, international cultural experiences and finding urban adventures in Chicago, including finding fellow greyhound dog groupies.
Senior Vice President
Steve is a seasoned, strategic communications counselor with more than two decades of experience.
An experienced wilderness guide, Steve is also an avid wilderness and outrigger canoeist who enjoys competitive as well as recreational paddling, mainly in the Adirondack Park, where he spends much of his free time.
Director of Research and Planning
Betsy leads Greentarget’s award-winning Research and Market Intelligence team to design and execute quantitative and qualitative research campaigns.
As a lifelong White Sox fan, Betsy is trying to persuade her children that the Sox are the only baseball team in Chicago. She relishes spending time with family biking, hiking and taking advantage of the diverse Midwest topography in Door County.

A former reporter for one of the world’s leading news organizations, Jennifer knows what makes a story stand out.
In her free time, Jen is an enthusiastic cook, and loves experiencing art, music, film and dance. She enjoys long walks through New York City and exploring the region’s parks and shorelines.

Sarah believes that empathetic discussions with users can reduce friction and frustration, improve offerings and open conversations.
In the rare hours not spent working or juggling a low-maintenance baby and high-maintenance dog, Sarah tries to read a book a week.

Lisa is an authority on all aspects of media relations, from pitching a complex subject to conducting media training for executives at leading law and professional services firms.
Lisa is a Texas transplant who still uses “y’all” in every other sentence to stay close to her roots. She regularly volunteers time at non-profit organizations that support cancer research, women and children, and is a member of the Professional Women’s Club of Chicago.

A self-proclaimed 24/7 news junkie, Ted has spent his career developing, executing and managing media relations campaigns for professional, financial services and technology clients.
When Ted is not tuned into the news, he is huge fan of horology and wine, particularly Bordeaux. He loves music, soccer, tennis, spending time with his family and most of all, being a dad.

Ashley knows that details can make or break a communications strategy.
While Ashley’s passion for travel has led her to explore almost every country in Western Europe, including trying her hand at canyon jumping in Switzerland, these days she can be found enjoying time with her two daughters and cherishing any rare opportunity to sleep.

Diana excels at finding moments for clients where out-of-the-box thinking meets great storytelling. For her, every challenge is an opportunity to find creative avenues for success.
Diana travels to Los Angeles every year to work the Film Independent Spirit Awards. When she’s not celebrating someone’s big win, she can be found taking barre classes, baking cookies and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Christian is a trusted communications specialist and a strategic mentor.
A lifelong swimmer and athlete, Christian keeps his competitive spirit alive through various activities including Ironman-distance triathlons, skiing and running. He is also an avid history nerd, lover of musicals and a life-long Detroit sports fan.
Abby’s heart belongs to strategic communications, but she has a head for financial services.
One of Abby’s first professional campaigns was bringing the iconic Encyclopedia Britannica into the digital age, launching it online.
Gautier is motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems and driving growth in creative ways. A versatile PR professional, Gautier has experience guiding communications strategy for clients in a variety of industries.
When Gautier isn’t scoring wins for clients, you might find him exploring Chicago restaurants or jet-setting to new destinations.
