Pam has more than two decades of experience helping blue-chip corporations and global professional services firms solve complex communications problems and capture opportunities.
Utilizing both her public relations agency and in-house corporate communications experience, Pam works with clients across industries and sectors to develop proactive media and communications strategies and handle crises. She has advised clients on a wide range of communications programs, including for specialized issues in highly regulated industries, such as life sciences, healthcare, energy, environment, technology, private equity, M&A and capital markets.
As the head of Greentarget’s Digital and Measurement operations team, Pam and her team also harness data and digital tools to amplify communications strategies for clients and measure the effectiveness of PR programs. She then identifies opportunities to translate these data-backed insights into strategies that differentiate clients in a highly competitive marketplace.
Prior to joining Greentarget, Pam gained agency and in-house communications experience at a global bank, working on large corporate accounts such as Allstate, Grainger, Syngenta and Mars. Outside of her professional activities, Pam is also deeply involved in community work as a long-term advisor to non-profit i.c.stars and a board member of Ascend Justice, a Chicago organization that supports victims of gender-based violence as they navigate the justice system.
Pam received her B.A. in French language and literature from North Carolina State University and an M.A. in international relations from American University.
Developing high-performing teams
When not at work, Pam focuses on her love of languages, international cultural experiences and finding urban adventures in Chicago, including finding fellow greyhound dog groupies.
