Lisa Seidenberg
Lisa is an authority on all aspects of media relations, from pitching a complex subject to conducting media training for executives at leading law and professional services firms.
Lisa has nearly two decades of experience relentlessly delivering high-quality media results for clients – including securing some of the firm’s most high-profile placements. As Greentarget’s Director of Media Relations, Lisa develops the overarching media strategy for clients and drives the firm’s best-in-class media offering. Together with her team of earned media specialists, she acts as a guardian of “the lost art of media relations,” consistently securing top-tier features across client programs while also supporting a pipeline of critical media work, including executive thought leadership activities and media training programs.
Additionally, Lisa leads Greentarget’s Reporter Ambassador Program, where she fosters deep relationships with reporters and editors, frequently connecting with them to gauge how the firm can continue to help them in their reporting. With a strong knowledge of topics most useful to journalists, Lisa is the go-to resource for pitching a specific reporter or designing a strategy to elevate a client’s profile. She has conducted outreach on a wide range of topics and industries, such as commercial real estate, impact investing, tax reform, cybersecurity, litigation, environmental, corporate compliance, private funds, automotive and M&A.
Frequently recognized as a leader in public relations, Lisa was named to the Qwoted 100 in 2022, which recognizes the PR professionals who tell the best stories in the most compelling ways. She was also named to the Top Women in PR List in 2021 in recognition for her work conducting sophisticated media relations trainings and pursuing 1:1 mentorship to develop the next generation of PR leaders.
Lisa is passionate about serving her community and has led a number of Greentarget’s pro bono engagements. She regularly volunteers her time at non-profit organizations that support cancer research, women and children, and is a member of the Professional Women’s Club of Chicago.
Lisa received her B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University and her M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University.
