Responsible for working with the leadership team, Joe’s background in marketing and communications agency operational and financial management — as well as his years of experience in public accounting — provides the necessary strategic guidance for a growing communications firm.
Joe played a highly visible and multi-faceted role in managing the complete array of financial and operational processes behind the meteoric rise of the former communications firm, Dig Communications, now Olson PR.
His ability to anticipate the needs of leadership and offer internal controls, financial procedures and operational processes resulted in enormous cost savings through optimizing cash flow, enhancing billing processes, improving budgeting, and forecasting practices and upgrading job tracking.
When not crunching number and managing processes for Greentarget, Joe’s eye wanders to Wall Street as he dreams of starting his own hedge fund. Despite his love of numbers, his golf scores don’t always add up, so he spends his off days hitting balls.
