After growing up in his parents’ newsroom and working for more than a decade in the news media, Paul has a keen understanding of what makes content sing – and how to come up with new approaches when they’re needed.
Before coming to Greentarget, Paul was an award-winning reporter for three metro newspapers, managing editor of a groundbreaking hyperlocal journalism website and a sales manager for a leading media technology company. That means he knows content and the tenets of journalism – but he also embraces a client-service mindset and an innovative approach.
In addition to extensive work in such areas as augmented and virtual reality, commercial real estate, compliance, labor and employment and mergers and acquisitions, Paul continues to play a leading role in developing Greentarget’s Content & Editorial service line – including the launch of the firm’s podcast offering and the refinement of its approach to writing research reports. Paul’s understanding of what resonates with audiences is at the heart of these efforts and has been informed by regular work on Greentarget’s signature piece of research, the State of Digital & Content Marketing Survey.
Creating Great Content
When Paul’s not editing copy or recording podcasts, he’s usually spending time with his wife and son or cheering on the Chicago Cubs – often all at the same time.
